• 4.5-Day Week/Half-Day Friday’s

The Role:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and refining bespoke machinery solutions. Your expertise in 3D CAD and technical problem-solving will ensure the production of high-quality, precision-engineered systems.

• Design & Develop bespoke machinery, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure precision and compliance with GD&T standards.
• Conduct FEA and calculations to validate design performance.
• Support manufacturing & assembly teams with technical expertise.
• Contributing to new product development and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Mechanical Design Engineering, ideally within special-purpose machinery or related fields.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar).
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to tackle complex engineering challenges.
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Adaptability & a proactive mindset to excel in a dynamic work environment.
