The Role:
As Engineering Manager, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary team across mechanical design, projects, and electrical engineering. This hands-on leadership role focuses on planning, organising, and optimising engineering operations to drive efficiency and deliver high-value capital equipment solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
- Oversee and optimise design processes, project workflows, and engineering operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Champion engineering excellence, ensuring compliance with customer & industry standards.
- Implement strategies for efficiency improvements and business growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical development.
- Provide strong leadership, offering clear direction, mentorship, and performance development
- Collaborate across production, sales, and service for seamless project execution.
What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple complex projects.

- Experience in engineering process optimisation & operational efficiency.
- Strong communication skills to engage with teams & stakeholders.
- Relevant engineering qualification (HND/Degree or equivalent).
